Why a public changelog is a research signal
Changelog discipline is a proxy for engineering culture. Vendors who maintain a public changelog tend to ship faster, communicate breaking changes earlier, and treat their developer customers as adults. We track it as a capability dimension because it materially affects the operator experience for anyone building an LLM integration on top of the DAM.
